Through Fintel, our aim is to further increase the value we deliver in the form of new technology, digitised services and shared competences from across the group. On a day-to-day basis, you will continue to be supported by the teams that you are used to dealing with and the brands with which you are familiar.
As ever we will continue to act in the best interests of the market, supporting and powering the complex world of retail financial services. We will provide the same award-winning support and services to which you have become accustomed, and you will continue to have access to the most extensive events programme, and the most experienced and specialist individuals, in the industry.
Will this increase memberships fees and will services provided change?
No. Our charging structures, collection dates and menu of services remain the same.
Whilst the services provided to our Members will remain the same upon the launch of Fintel, you will also see many positive changes going forward.
Fintel's structure and strategy mean we will more effectively be able to leverage competencies and expertise across the Group.
Membership fees and other charges will continue to be levied by our individual brands under their existing fee structure.
What led to the launch of Fintel?
We sought to find a brand which was fresh, exciting and reflected our aim and vision. The vision of Fintel is bold yet simple; we will inspire better outcomes by enabling retail financial services to operate more effectively.
